Project Overview

Lanphier High School will be expanded and renovated. Renovations within the existing building will include the original school building from 1936 as well as the 1966 and 1998 additions. New Additions to the high school will include a new Performing Arts Theater, Band/Choral, Competition Gym, Academic Classrooms, Student Commons, Kitchen/Dining and replacement Practice Gym as a school storm shelter. This program will add approximately 100,000 sf of new space while renovating approximately 125,000sf of existing school space. The Project will begin construction in Spring of 2021 and conclude in early 2024.
