Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University in 1955. He founded Williams Brothers Construction Inc. (WBCI) in 1973 and served as President for 40 years. Thomas has over 65 years of professional construction experience and was a recipient of both the Outstanding Alumni Award and the Leadership Award from Bradley University.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University in 1984 and has over 35 years of professional construction experience, serving as President of Williams Brothers Construction Inc. (WBCI) since 2013. He received the Outstanding Alumni Award from Bradley University.

Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bradley University in 1986, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University in 1991. He has over 30 years professional construction experience.
