Project Overview

  1. Existing Digesters M3 and M5
    1. Remove existing and install new fixed, steel digester covers; and
    2. Install new mechanical mixing systems.
  2. Existing Digesters Control Building DCM-1 Improvements
    1. Modifications to electrical, hydronic heating, and digester gas handling systems;
    2. Replace HVAC system;
    3. Remove existing boilers;
    4. Replace sludge circulation pumps;
    5. Install new waste gas burner system; and
    6. New electrical installation for all equipment.
  3. Existing Digester Control Building DCM-2;
    1. New electrical installation for all equipment
  4. New Digesters Control Building DCM-4;
    1. Construct new building with electric and mechanical rooms to serve Buildings DCM-1, DCM-2, and DCM-4. Digesters M3 and M5, and Sludge Holding Tank M4.
  5. And all architectural, civil, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls work for a complete and functional wastewater treatment facility.
